Inventions

Half term is here and I have a clean house, a clear desk, a full recycling bin and a mopped kitchen floor - and it's not even 12 o'clock on day one! So my mind has turned to which muffins should I make for tomorrow's bbq, during the desk tidy up I have found a list of interesting muffin flavour combinations, which has set me thinking what to bake - peach melba, cherry bakewell, black forest, figgy pudding etc etc. I suppose I'd better just raid the baking cupboard and see what ingredients are lurking within. Any suggestions?

    I'm looking to find a use for a large tin of grapefruit segments. Have you tried grapefruit segments?

    check out the zingy breakfast muffins recipe, and just use a cup of diced grapefruit segments as the fruit ingredient
