Pineapple Muffins

Today's treat - for everyone who came to help with the gardening - is Pineapple Muffins. Squishy, yummy muffins - delicious! Just what you need after a long week revamping the garden.

375g self raising flour
220g castor sugar

90g melted butter
three quarters cup sour cream
2 large eggs

425g can of crushed pineapple

mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl
mix the wet ingredients in a smaller bowl
add the wet to the dry, and stir
add the pineapple last

Bake at gas 5/6 for 20-25 mins
