Post-Birthday R&R

It's been a quieter week baking so far, but I did manage to russle up a batch of very chocolatey muffins with a cream cheese icing with chocolate swirls on top, all to help raise money for the Macmillan Cancer Support charity. 

My birthday brought me more muffiny delights too -

I can't wait to read through my new cook book to get some inspiration for more flavour combinations.
