I was having the usual chat with the hairdresser about everything in the world that has happened to either of us during the last six weeks (as you do) and at some point the conversation got onto muffins. After he was explaining how horrid the ones he had made for his best friends birthday had turned out (and not just because he made banana flavour and she hated bananas!) I told him about the secret ingredient to a successful muffin being Sour Cream. He carried on chatting for a while, then said, " Really, is that true, do you really put Salad Cream in your muffins?"
He gave me an idea that I am unlikely to ever try, but never say never, one day the recipe for the Salad Cream Muffin might just appear on here.
