The perfect Saturday afternoon

I had a lovely weekend, spending Saturday afternoon round at a friend's house do lots of baking. She wanted to learn a few recipes and so I turned up with ingredients in hand to make some of my favourite puds. The kids couldn't resist getting involved, so we had them on chocolate duty, and raspberry duty and before long the afternoon had turned into tea time and we just had to sample all the goodies. 

By tea time we had made Ginger Cream Pudding, Waffleberry Pudding, and Double Chocolate Muffins.

Delicious!
