Advent Calender Day 5

A happy birthday to my little sister - half a century old today, and very good at baking too. In fact all her four 'boys' followed suit and can rustle up a yummy pudding in no time!

Strawberry and Cream.

Yes it might be winter, but these will take us back to the warmth of long summer days. Adding the cream cheese & sugar mixture in the middle of the batter is a nice surprise as it's not visible from the top of the muffin.
