For those fans of Terry's Chocolate Orange you'll love these ~
You will need to drain a 298g can of mandarins - then chop them up.
meanwhile
In a large bowl sift together
50g cocoa powder
325g self raising flour
add 225g castor sugar and mix together
In a small bowl mix together
90g melted butter
three quarters cup of sour cream
half a cup of milk
1 large egg
Mix the wet into the dry ingredients
add 100g milk chocolate chunks
and the chopped mandarins
Stir together
Divide into 12 muffin cases and bake on Gas 5/6 for 25 mins
Then top them off with sugar orange slices
Once baked, leave for a few minutes before removing from the tin to cool on a wire tray
These are brilliant miss, however mine did fail today:)
