This pinny seems more relevant than usual as this evening became Big Bake Night - I have been making dozens of muffins for tomrorow night's Murder Mystery Evening. Unfortunately the snow has started to come down outside, and a lot of it is forcast, I only hope we can get out to our event along with some willing detectives to eat up all these muffins.
So in case you were wondering which recipes have kept me busy tonight , I've made lemon curd and white chocolate, blueberry, apple and cinamon crunch, and finally cranberry and orange. I think I might be dreaming of them in my sleep tonight!
The final batch is now cooling on a wire rack and bed time is calling.
