Busy Bunny

It's been a bit busy around here lately, and I am very aware that I haven't posted here for a while, but that's purely because I hadn't done any 'new' flavours. I have been baking - I had a bit of a spree when I did a couple of dozen muffins for a wedding reception for the adorable Tom and Cat. 
They had requested their favourites - Raspberry and White Chocolate Cheesecake Muffins, and Cherry Bakewell Muffins. 
By the time the Chinese tea ceremony was over there wasn't a muffin to be seen - I think they'd gone down well.

I made the Waffleberry Pudding to keep us happy at home being as we weren't allowed to sample the wedding baking!
