Happy Mother's Day

 I was asked to go and demonstrate how to make muffins for the kids at Tuesday Night Club this week. This was so they could all take a muffin home to their mum's for Mother's Day this coming Sunday. They seemed to enjoy themselves, but I'm not sure if any of them ever made it home to their mother's! Ah, well, at least they have the recipe to bake some more.
