Toad in the Hole

This was my scrummy dinner ~ Toad-in-the-hole, with Courgette and Carrot slithers draped on top. Delicious!! 
I didn't make the Yorkshire Pudding myself though - I'm an absolute failure where Toad-in-the-hole in concerned. So I'm very grateful to Morrisons for making one earlier for me - I just added veg, 
and as it looked so inviting I thought I'd share it with you.
