Tea Loaf Explosion!

Just a reminder not to use too big a cup size when you are measuring out for tea loaf. I made another chilli chai tea loaf today and ended up with too much mixture - when I went to get it out of the oven I had a bit of a job as it had oozed over the side of the tin and cooked onto the oven shelves underneath. So glad I had got an over tray at the bottom, or else the whole oven would have needed cleaning - not a job I like to indulge in.

It still looks good though - the tea loaf, not the oven!
