It's been a busy baking time lately, but Chocolate was the prefered flavour most of the time.
For Longy's birthday treat I had to do Just Chocolate - without any sneaky '5-a-day' ingredients hidden within.
And for that lovely Parker family I did just the opposite, and hid courgette in with the chocolate chips to give the kids some added vitamin C (not that they need it - healthy bunch)
and both recipes have been written before here on my blog - the only difference being I added chocolate curls onto the tops of the muffins before i put them in the oven.
