Boxes!

Moving house certainly keeps the baking at bay - having to pack up my kitchen is not my favourite pastime - particularly as i need to bake again today, so i had to unpack half a box to find my tart tin, only to ruin the pastry and have the whole lot go to waste - i should stick to muffins, they rarely go wrong (if ever).

I hope to be back to my usual muffin baking in a couple of weeks time, but by then I'll have a new oven to content with and who knows what that will do to even the muffins!
I'll just have to keep looking out at the Autumnal view to take my mind of those boxes.
