thanks to those guinea pigs who tried them for me. Both recipes (see last few posts) went down well, and while I was there I got challenged to make Grasshopper muffins.
I stupidly said - 'you get the grashoppers, I'll bake the muffins', only to discover that her mother sent her some at 'grasshopper' season every year, all the way from Africa, in the post. Apparently they taste like prawns, which I don't like, so when I have to fulfill my side of the bargain, and bake the grasshopper muffins you had all better volunteer to do the taste testing on my behalf - I never agreed to eat one!!!!
And, yes, I do realise this isn't a photo of a grasshopper, but I took it in my garden recently, and love it and the photo I was going to add isn't accesible right now, so you'll just have to wait to see that one!.... but it is now,
