Cajun Cheese and Sun-dried Tomato Muffin

As I was looking over some old photos last night I discovered a muffin that I'm not sure whether I ever want attempt to repeat baking. The photo is labelled:
'Sun-dried Tomato and Cheese, with a hint of Cajun' Muffin.

At the time (which was about four years ago) I commented that it was a "Bizarre invention- strangely savoury, yet at the same time, enticingly sweet!"
I have no idea of the quantities used to make it, but what I do remember is that the tomatoes were quite salty!
