Cloudberry Pudding

This was how simple it was to make the legendary Cloud berry pudding:

Take a load of cloud berries (quantity to suit)

stir them into whipped cream
chill in the fridge before serving

Simple eh?
Well almost.

These berries are very expensive, and we don't have them in England. But in Norway you can forage for them in the woods, and when people find them they keep their spot secret so no one else gets to pick them when they are ready.

So if you are out and about in the beautiful woodlands of Norway and happen to see a load of Norwegians looking shifty in the woods, they are probably out searching for the possibility of a free Christmas traditional desert; or making sure no one else beats them to it!!
