Norwegian Menu

I have just got back from celebrating Christmas and New Year with a wonderful family in the eastern part of Norway. 
I have been offered many tasty treats throughout my stay, and will definitely be making some of the recipes for myself now that I am back. 

I never had a muffin the whole time I was away, but then I have the rest of the year to put that right and share my recipes here.
