Norwegian Nosh

Normally for Christmas I would have roast turkey, and stuffing, with roast potatoes and parsnips, and of course Yorkshire puddings and gravy. Followed by Christmas pudding, and lots of mince pies with custard. But this Christmas was rather different - very tasty but not very English, naturally!

While I was away I wrote a journal to let my family and friends know that I was alive and well and having an amazing time, so I will let you share my adventure, with a few photos from the hundreds I took, and a couple of recipes thrown in along the way ... then I really should get back to the muffins!
