Banana, Honey and White Chocolate Muffins

Round one of Quiz Night was - list all the ingredients I used to bake the muffins.

Both teams missed out a few of the answers - so here's what I did.

In a large bowl mix together:
375g self-raising flour
220g caster sugar

In a small bowl mix together:
90g melted butter
half cup sour cream
quarter cup honey
2 large eggs
vanilla essence

Mix the wet into the dry then stir in:
half cup white chocolate chunks
half cup mashed ripe banana

Divide the mixture between 12 muffin cases
Bake on Gas 5/6 for 20-25 minutes
Leave in the tin for a couple of minutes before removing onto a wire rack to cool.
