As my last day at work for 2012 will be tomorrow, I have been letting myself get into the Christmas spirit.
So having just greated a Christmas card to all my many facebook friends I thought you lot shouldn't miss out either. So here it is ...
Thank you for visiting my tiny little village in middle England from across the globe and despite being restricted to an English keyboard I thought I'd try and wish you the joy of the season in your own languages, I'll not manage the whole 63 countries, but I'll have a go.
Apologies (in advance) for missing off accents - I do hope it wont change the meaning of the sentiment
Buon Natale
Happy Krismas
feliz Natal
Craciun fericit
Heri ya Krismasi
Giang sinh vui ve
Nadolig Llawen
god jul
feliz Navidad
Krisht lindjet Gezuar
Maligayang Pasko
Hyvaa joulua
joyeux Noel
Nollaig Shona
I just wish I could type in all those Arabic, Chinese, Russian and Indian scripts too, but alas not on this keyboard, but if you read my blog you read English anyway, so you'll understand.
That's unless you hit the translate button (which I did once for a recipe from Poland and I had to make up most of it!) so you probably think I make the worst muffins in the world and won't have bothered to come back onto my page to try a second time.
Anway just to reiterate - HAPPY CHRISTMAS world
