Bye Bye Maddie

Goodbyes are never easy, and last night I had to say bye to a fabulous little lady who, despite all sorts of health trials and set backs, has managed to get herself onto a missionary course in the States, which means moving continent twice in the next couple of months. 

I heard Blueberries were her favourite, so naturally those were the muffins of choice for the farewell party. Friends from across the globe were there to celebrate her final day in this country for a while, and will no doubt be here again in the Autumn to welcome her back with all the stories of her escapades.
